    1. Name of Surf Spot - If there are more than one, give the name most used by locals who surf there.  You can put the rest of the names in item #7 if you want.
    2. Exact Location - Be specific as to where the surf spot is and how to get there.  If you don't want anyone to know about it, then maybe you shouldn't put it in the database.
    3. Best Month(s) to Surf - Which months does the place break, and if you want, put in which months are generally flat.
    4. Type of Break - Lefts, rights, both; is it a reef, rock or sand bottom; what's the average wave size, 4 feet, 8 feet; any other descriptive info.
    5. Typical Conditions - Give water temperature, air temperature, any offshore/onshore winds, glass to chop, etc.
    6. Geographic Location - Please specify where the surf spot is located, regardless of where you are.
    7. Surf Spot Description - First DELETE the leading "Surf Spot description:" text, then provide information about average crowd size, local attitudes, ability of most surfers there, nearby facilities, such as food, shelter, and any helpful advice for someone surfing there, like "...watch out for the guy with six fingers.", or "...be sure to let the kid wax your board, and tip him."
