If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Returns Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with our products. Within 30 days of your purchase, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We want to make it right, and will do what it takes- correction, exchange, refund. You will be responsible for shipping charges, and they, unfortunately cannot be refunded, or credited. All products must be returned in original, manufactured condition. If a product is damaged, altered or modified as a result of misuse, abuse, or attempted repair or customer re-work, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately. To obtain a replacement, you will have to place a second order. Image Catalog items are not refundable. To return any goods purchased via Longboard.net, please contact us and provide what items are to be returned, the reason for the return, and your contact information. We will provide further instructions on how to return your product(s). We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit or product replacement. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. All refunds will be credited to PayPal accounts. No refund checks will be issued. Shipping United States We use UPS standard ground for all our shipping, unless otherwise requested. To make things simple we have standardized our shipping rates on weight, size and price of each product, based on UPS shipping rate tables. We make every attempt to ship all orders complete, thereby reducing the incidence of back orders. Due to unforeseen stock shortages or special customer requests, back orders may occur from time to time. If you don't mind incomplete orders, please specify this in the "Comment" section when you place your orders. Most likely we will contact you in the event of a backorder situation, however please contact us if you are unsure or have special requirements. We are happy to accomodate you! Shipments are sent prepaid and the freight charges are added to your invoice at the time you place your order via our PayPal shopping cart. Please contact us if you wish to ship via air, overnight, express, or if you want insurance, gift wrap or have special instructions of any kind, including in-person pick-up at our shop. We strongly suggest shipping insurance for Image Catalog items, since they are limited edition, signed prints, and are not refundable. We carefully handpack all orders for maximum protection during transit. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, under normal circumstances. International Currently we are trying to find a reasonably priced company for all overseas shipping. We are able to ship overseas, but it's very expensive. If we do ship, we require insurance for all international shipments, and ask that you please contact us to arrange all international shipping orders.
